Terms of Use
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Policy version: terms-2026-09-05.v2. These Terms govern use of usehitch.ai. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
What exists today
The Hitch homepage describes a Mac companion for ChatGPT in private beta and shows illustrative product previews for a guided Job Hunt campaign. Joining the waitlist is a request only. It is not enrollment, a reservation, a purchase, a guarantee of access, or a promise that Hitch will respond. The Mac download remains unavailable from this site. Nothing on this site promises a launch date, learning result, job outcome, business outcome, pilot, financing, distribution, or partnership.
Executive training inquiries
Submitting an inquiry is a request for review only. It does not confirm an engagement, availability, price, duration, capacity, delivery format, confidentiality terms, or outcome. Any scope, commercial terms, approved tools or data, and confidentiality terms must be agreed separately in writing before services begin. The inquiry form sends no email, schedules no meeting, and authorizes no external action.
Incubator applications
Submitting an incubator form is an application for review, not a reservation, acceptance, or invitation. Session dates are discussed only after acceptance. Do not travel until Seth manually sends a Google Calendar invitation containing the private address. Acceptance in the review workflow does not itself send a message or Calendar event. Current sessions, capacity, deadlines, and availability are controlled by reviewed session records rather than promises on this page.
Private educational simulation
A separate educational simulation is genuinely nonpublic. If you are authorized to use it, it uses fictional fixtures, makes no real AI calls or external actions, stores no learner progress as a system of record, and does not objectively assess a learner. Do not enter private, sensitive, confidential, employer, credential, student, health, or financial-account information.
Brad's personal experience
Brad Rothenberg's video describes his personal experience working directly with Seth. Brad is Seth's uncle. ACCESS U Foundation has not separately endorsed the service. Time comparisons are Brad's firsthand estimates, and any $2M or $10M statements are prospective expectations rather than achieved fundraising results. The session was part of Seth's hands-on methodology, not the simulated demo or a launched software product.
No endorsements, financing action, or commitments
Hitch is an independent project, not an OpenAI product and not sponsored, funded, or endorsed by OpenAI. No school, fund, accelerator, investor, pilot prospect, employer, participant, or individual is represented as a partner or endorser without explicit authorization. The public site contains no Invest action or investor-intake workflow and does not publish financing terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, expose private or confidential information, or use automated means to abuse forms or infrastructure. Do not enter credentials, private student data, protected health or financial information, private addresses, or confidential employer material into a public surface.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Site materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws, and rights remain with their applicable owners and licensors. Links or references to third-party services do not imply endorsement. Those services govern their own availability, content, privacy practices, and terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Hitch and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version and date. Material changes to a form, service, or data practice require a policy-version review before further collection. Questions may be sent to support@usehitch.ai.
